This was one of the most professionally run businesses that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They actually answered their phone. They asked me to text them a photo of the problem (I had some trim high on the exterior of the house that needed to be secured). They gave me the their proposed cost (which I felt was reasonable given the circumstances) within minutes after receiving the photo, and we scheduled the appointment. They confirmed my appointment the day before the scheduled visit. And about a half-hour before the appointment, they notified me that the tech was on his way. As promised, a tech showed up, not just on time, but a bit early. The tech (Tim) was professional, friendly, and calm, and secured the trim as promised. I would recommend Mr. Handyman, and Tim in particular, to anyone needing a problem resolved around their house.

We contacted Mr. Handyman to perform some work at our house and the experience was just exceptional. They were able to schedule our appointment for the next day and Tim from Mr. Handyman did an outstanding job installing a new threshold in the upstairs bathroom, repairing a large crack in our ceiling, and installing new corbels on our kitchen island. Tim was very courteous, efficient, and professional and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Mr. Handyman for anyone who would like quality work performed at a very reasonable price.
