Andy has been involved in home improvement business for as long as he can remember. Growing up and helping his father with apartment remodeling and rentals, he recognized the importance of house upkeeping and renovations to preserve its value. Together with his partner PJ, Andy opened up Mr. Handyman of Westchester County to fulfill his dream of owning home improvement business and leverage his experience from leading various business operations during his 20 year career in investment banking industry. He is now able to combine his business knowledge and passion to bring exceptional costumer experience for consumers and businesses in Westchester County.

Przemyslaw Jozefko (PJ) was born into a family of skilled craftsmen and exhibited a strong grasp of carpentry long before graduating high school. He financed his college tuition by working at the family business in New York City. After completing his management degree, he partnered with his father to expand the company and eventually becoming a fully licensed general contractor with endorsements in construction, demolition, and concrete. His projects included small renovations, but mostly new construction of multifamily buildings. He was involved in preparing appraisals, selecting, and hiring specific trade sub-contractors as well as dealing with customers and financial institutions. To Mr. Handyman of Westchester County he is bringing over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the industry, from the business side as well as from each particular trade.

Jan is a very skilled craftsman with over 25+ years of experience in general handyman maintenance and commercial/residential remodeling. His specialty is across all handyman trades, i.e., drywall, painting, flooring, tile, deck building, window and door installation, remodeling, furniture and equipment assembly. Jan listens to the customer and is great at analyzing the situation and quickly identifying a solution for the problem while keeping safety in mind.

With professional background in marketing, Monika ensures all Mr. Handyman of Westchester customers are provided a consistent high level exceptional customer experience. Working on trading floor trained her to operate effectively in a fast paste environment by listening to clients, anticipating their needs, and providing solution. Her enthusiastic leadership brings the tech staff and office team together.
