I had the pleasure of working with the folks from Mr. Handyman in West Knoxville for the past week. Austin, Eric and Benjamin came out to assist with multiple projects that needed to be done. They showed attention to detail, showed up on time and got the job done! They made recommendations to ensure it was done right and because of that, I trust them and am going to be booking a few jobs with them again in the future. A++ service and professionalism. Would work with them again! In addition, service tech Ray came out to perform additional work on the house. Ray knew exactly what to do and how to do it right! Would highly recommend Ray and Mr Handyman in the future!

Good customer communication Eric Whitehead did a wonderful wonderful job He's an excellent worker he made sure everything was right he took his time with everything I definitely recommend him for any other jobs I will definitely call again to use Eric Whitehead for any work that I need done !!!!

Enjoyed having Zac do work in our Master Bath. He was incredibly thorough and explained why we were experiencing issues and showed us exactly how he would fix it and improve the pieces being used for greater longevity in the repair.

Zac H. was prompt and professional. We had two projects (one plumbing and one electrical). He arrived on time and hit the ground running. He got both projects completed effectively; and we are super happy. The price is a little higher than the average handyman but we felt it was worth it!! Communication from all involved was timely and often from booking to completion.

Mark worked hard all day putting up a “catio” and installing a cat/dog door. Had to do a lot of tweeking on project but he did a great job. Very professional, great workmanship and such a nice guy. Very pleased with finished project. Thank you Mr Handyman !
