Showed up for the appt right on time. Correctly identified where the roof leak was coming from. Used the correct sealant and applied it to the leak source and other potential problem areas

Called for a repair that required a fabrication or sorts, due to broken plastic parts in a kitchen lazy susan cabinet. The service personnel were careful and honest about what they might or might not be able to do given the situation, and gave me an estimate accordingly. I confirmed that I wanted the appointment to see and do what could be done, even if just a temporary fix until a more permanent fix, with new parts, can be determined. The Handyman who came for the visit was polite, professional, and careful to do what he felt he could, without causing harm. The result was what both the Handyman and I expect is the best temporary fix possible. The cost was slightly less than the estimate. I'll be back to Mr. Handyman because they demonstrated a high degree of honesty, integrity and due care that gives me confidence in the work they'll do.

We had an appointment actually this morning and the handyman came out even a little bit earlier most people don't show up on time. Very professional, very sweet all around great customer service. Marvin came to fix our locked mailbox as it had broken and the mailman couldn't drop off the mail. He immediately figured out the problem, found the missing part and fixed it in no time!
