This our first experience with Mr. Handyman and we were very pleased. We had window treatments installed at a very high window in our foyer (18-20 ft. above the floor) We contacted them, sent a photo of the window and a picture showing how we wanted it to look. We were quoted a price and an appointment was scheduled (they text about 15-30 minutes before arrival). After the service person arrived we discovered the curtain brackets we had bought had missing parts so we had to reschedule after the seller sent replacement. Another appointment was scheduled. Again on time with a heads up before arrival. The gentleman who did the work had to maneuver in a tight area so it was a very tedious task. After the hardware was installed he asked if he could wash his hands before touching the curtains. We appreciated his concern. He was very meticulous to detail and was extremely patient as he made several adjustments to the curtains at our request so that it would look just right. This gentleman is an asset to the company. When work was completed and time to settle the payment I thought we would have to pay for 2 visits but to my surprise the amount due was the same. I asked if there was a charge for the first service call visit in case someone missed it but there was not. I asked what other work they would do and was given a Home Maintenance and Repair Check List that for all services. I like the list so you know exactly what you are paying for. Kudos to Mr. Handyman for their business practices and the work ethic of their service personnel. I put their maintenance list in our files and we will definitely be calling on them for further work.

Definitely recommend. Received a same day assessment, received a fair quote and went with them. Great staff on the phone and the work site. I had drywall replaced from water damage, so it ended up being several custom cut parts to not together. Work was completed same day, no need for an additional day. Again, I highly recommend them, just a great all around company.

I had two bits of work done with this company. I had 4 doors replaced because they weren’t closing properly anymore, and I also had gutters installed to keep my porch from flooding. Initially, when Mr Handyman installed the new doors, they closed, but after about a month the doors were having issues again. They made right on their 1 year warranty and I was taken care of, shout out to the GM and Dwayne. I feel confident that my doors are all good to go now. I don’t mind mishaps with work, what matters to me is the response and effort to make it right. It showed their character. Thanks Mr Handyman!

We have a solid wood front door that was hitting the frame when try to close or open. This made the door stick and had to jerk to open or slam to shut. Within a day Mr. Handy returned our call the same day and set up an appointment the next day. Throughout the service there was excellent communication provided. The issue with our door was fixed. Highly recommend.

Needed helped getting a ceiling fan installed. I was able to get an appointment the next day after submitting a request. I received a call and text from the technician prior to arrival. They were knowledgeable in the task I needed and quick with installation. Would use for future services again.
