Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Handyman. I originally requested a gutter installer through Home Depot to install a two-tier gutter system with downspouts on the back of my house, a Colonial with a high roof line, in northeastern CT. Mr Handyman replied within the hour, and was out at my house taking pictures to support a quote later that morning. I had the quote via e-mail within just a few hours. The quote was reasonable, and I scheduled a time to have the work done within the week. Mr Handyman’s owner and tech (Mohammad) showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did an excellent job. They were very personable, polite, and made sure the work complied with what I wanted. When the work was completed (it took about 6 hours), the invoice matched the quote, despite extra time spent resolving a few unexpected difficulties. I really appreciated the diligence of Mr Handyman and techs on all levels, especially in the current environment of not being able to get good contractors in a timely fashion, or at crazy prices. I would definitely hire them again to do other work needed around my house.

I had some trim along the roofline that needed to be replaced. Since it was on the second floor I didn’t want to do it myself . Communication about scheduling was good. Technician arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely fashion. Repair looked good.

Easy to call and book an appointment. We had Jim come out and work in our bathroom (fixing a broken glass shower door and install new mirror and sink as well as other stuff) and he did a great job. Communicated well and did the job as fast as possible while doing quality work. I’ve had trouble finding a place that does these types of jobs so I was very thankful and will call them again for sure!

Engaged Mr. Handyman for sheetrock repair, painting, installation of chair rails and wall shelves. Jim, the technician, is an excellent, experienced craftsman. He is detail-oriented, meticulous in his work and listens well to the ask. He solutioned for a couple of problem areas within the scope of the first job and I was pleased with the results. Based on the success of the first project, I have engaged them for additional work in another room. Jessica, in the front office, is most helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this franchise.

Mohammad from the Enfield division came today for a power washing job for our home. Scheduling to come out was easy, professional and very timely. When he arrived for our quote apt he was on time and offered a very reasonable price compared to other quotes. He offered to do the job same day if we wanted. He got right to work and did an amazing job for us. He even did the steps for us which we hadn’t discussed but was so grateful because they look fantastic! I would recommend him and will definite use him again in the future.

Mr. Handyman took care of me when I was in need. I reached out to 3 other service providers. Mr handyman provided me with a quote upfront and was able to show up weeks ahead of the competition. The handyman (Mohammed) that arrived to my house was professional, respectfully, and skilled.
