I appreciated the reminders for the appointment. I was able to make an appointment within 2 days. The technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. He explained what needed to be done in a task where the result would be slightly different than I requested. He gave feedback when needed. One task took longer than anticipated (it was not easy!) and the cost was very slightly higher than the estimate. Well worth it! I would definitely contact Mr. Handyman again!

Mr. Handyman responded quickly when I called about a newly discovered plumbing leak. I was able to make an appointment for someone to come to assess the situation within a few days. I especially appreciated that they stayed in touch with me and that they told me who was coming to do the work and sent a photograph of the plumber so that I knew he was legitimately from Mr. Handyman. Jeremy supplied all the materials needed, cleaned up after himself and did a beautiful job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with all aspects of the scheduling and work done by Mr. Handyman.

Excellent service! I needed some grout repair in two showers. They were able to get to me in just a couple of days and do all my repairs in one morning. Will use again.

Needed a pocket door track repaired/replaced. I selected Mr Handyman because they have a custom tool to remove the old track WITHOUT cutting holes in my walls. Much less damage/repair/paint required compared to everyone else. My house is built a little different than normal. The repairman went the extra mile to make it function correctly and look great! Just need a bit of touch up paint to my trim molding and it will be better than new!! Will definitely hire them again for other projects!

James was awesome! I had a full list of things that needed to get done. He went through the list quickly which only reminded me how much time I would have lost trying to do the tasks myself. I will definitely schedule more Mr Handyman knowing how great my projects turned out.

James did a great job repairing our ceiling. He took extra precautions to put up a plastic curtain to prevent any liquid from splattering all around our living room. The final bill was in line with what we expected to pay. He did a great job explaining how he would perform the repair. It's the first time I used this service, and I can trust James to handle my repairs. If anything happens, I would first reach out to Mr. Handyman and request James to perform the work.

James was on-time, completely competent at the repairs we needed done, and was finished in less time than we expected. The one thing we wish he would have done was to give us an itemized breakdown of the charges of his repairs. But the final bill was in the range of what we expected to pay, so all was good. We will definitely use Mr. Handyman again.
