I was very happy with the service that Mr Handyman provided. I had a broken shower door and knew I wanted a quick and thorough fix without having to get a lot of estimates. I had used the Mr Handyman company before (based out of south carolina) and was pleased with their promptness and efficiency. From the south charlotte business, Michael was the technician who came out. He was on time, he fixed the door, cleaned up well and the door is functioning like new. Shawn Cowan replaced a portion of our upper gutter after being damaged by a fallen tree during hurricane Helene. He arrived on time and did a great job! He went the extra mile to secure the gutter guards so they would not move in future storms. This was the last of our repairs on the house so we can file all receipts with the insurance company to be reimbursed. Thank you for helping!

Great all around experience with Mr. Handyman. There was very clear communication with scheduling and estimates were very detailed and they were transparent about each cost. Shawn, our handyman was excellent. He tackled some difficult repairs which came out fantastic. He also found additional areas of damage and was upfront about the additional cost which we agreed to. Everything was fixed and the work exceeded expectations.

Shawn Cowan was excellent, showed up promptly, was able to provide a quick and accurate assessment of the work needed and completed within a few hours - same day service was amazing. Quote was accurate and even reduced the cost slightly as materials were lower cost than expectation. Would absolutely use these guys again!
