I live in Santee and needed a leaking toilet pulled, the wax ring replaced and the bolts replaced. The technician did a great job that included cleaning out the roots in the drain. Note I accidentally selected one-star when it should have been five but I can't delete it so hopefully this will make up for it. I am a repeat customer for Mr. Handyman as I find their rates are fair and in some instances a lot lower than other professions.

I’ve used Mr. Handyman of La Mesa several times, they’ve always done a great job! Most recently I needed my garbage disposal replaced. Kyle, the owner, helped me figure out what to replace it with, Angelique, the office person, set up everything and notified me when the workers, Kyle and Rolando, were on their way. They finished the job in less than an hour, knew exactly what they were doing, were very courteous and respectful. Would absolutely recommend!

Tony did a great job putting in the grab bar in our shower! He was very professional and efficient. He came in and found the stud in the shower and then we discussed what size was needed. He went out and got the grab bar and installed it. No problems! He was friendly and professional. Thanks Tony!

I had a front door that was sticking and difficult to open. My technician from Mr. Handyman was Art Fraley and he was SO impressive. He arrived within an hour of my call. He greeted me and then was all business. He evaluated the door, determined it needed to come off and be shaved down. He put plastic sheeting over the open doorway so no sawdust came into my house. After he hung the door he made some slight adjustments and I could see it was hung evenly with no excessive gaps anywhere. The door opens effortlessly now. He also noticed damage to the deadbolt strikeplate caused by a locksmith. He told me the lock would be more secure with a fresh strikeplate and he installed one he had on hand. He also secured my Schlage locking mechanism which was loose. He cleaned up and left the area spotless. Art was so professional! Give that man a raise! I will continue giving my business to Mr. Handyman and hopefully Art will be assigned to my home repairs in the future.

I had them install a 24,000 BTU Thru the Wall AC Unit. The tech was extremely friendly and very thorough. It was Incredible service and a fair price. Would highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!

The folks at Mr. Handyman were great. Kyle came out and did the initial estimate. Tony was the gentleman who actually did the work. It wasn't a huge job; rebuilding a masonry block mailbox stand. Tony did a wonderful job and got it done in two days. He matched the blocks up nicely, he did the the cutouts for both a package door and the mailbox itself. Definitely will be calling them for any future projects.
