On 11/7/2024 Mr. Handyman sent tradesman Isidro Acevedo to my residence. He was tasked with disassembling a large entertainment center/cabinet with several shelves. Mr. Acevedo was professional, neat, and competent. He voluntarily wore shoe covers to minimize the transfer of dirt, confined the nails and small pieces to a tarp, and carried the pieces outside and stacked them neatly near the curb for trash pick-up. Mr. Handyman is a bit expensive. However, if all of their tradesmen have the work ethic and competency of Isidro Acevedo, then they are worth it! He rocks! I recommend Mr. Handyman, and will hire them again.

Richard is the best at what he does. He is experienced and he does not give up easily when it comes to fixing things especially when issues arise. I had an in-wall cabinet to be installed that turned out to be more difficult and time consuming than I could handle. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily. The communication leading up to the appointment was great. The pricing was transparent and Richard B did fantastic work. I was very happy with the quality and speed by which the job was completed.

I hired them for some jobs that were, while not complex, out of the range of what I knew I could do without breaking stuff, including possibly my own limbs. (Fixing a broken window lock, a malfunctioning file cabinet, and disassembling some wood furniture that I really didn't want to scratch.) I was very pleased with the work that they did: They were on time, professional, and despite being paid by the hour, worked very quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to give them another call for that kind of work. The only reservation I'd have in giving them an unqualified recommendation is simply that what I asked them to do was not especially complicated. But based on this work, I'd be very comfortable hiring them for more advanced projects.

My first experience with Mr. Handyman was excellent. My technician Isidro Acevedo was on time for my appointment. He explained the problems and fixed two faucets. Also, had to snaked kitchen and basement drain line.
