Problem solved a leaking downspout for me made more complicated by a minisplit draining to said downspout. Made it simple for my HVAC guy to come in and restore the drains to the new downspout. Prompt and courteous. Quick to schedule estimates and work.

Everything went very well. They answered the phone immediately. They came out on time with short 1 hour window. The guy who's came to do the work was competant and helpful with regard to different options. He did not do work he was not qualified to do. But the work he did was well done and fast. I already have a 2nd appointment booked for a couple other items. Quoted price is not unreasonable.

Mike was able to stop the leak in my bathroom sink by replacing the faucet's cartridges and showed me how to replace them myself in the future. He reassured me that there wasn't a more serious problem hiding behind the faucet leak. He also answered questions I had about other small issues around the house that Mr. Handyman would be able to help with.
They were able to complete my long list of repairs with professional results! And did not exceed their estimate. I will definately use them again!

Mr. Handyman did a great job in helping me make the necessary changes required by my power company to facilitate the installation of a new power meter. In addition, they provided very clear information regarding weather stripping my attic door. Both "handymen" were extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. They truly went the extra mile to provide excellent service. I will definitively call them for any future projects I need done around my house.

Mike (Owner) and Mike (Technician) were both amazing, professional & knowledgeable from the first interaction of booking all the way through with the job completion. We called on a Friday and were booked for the following Tuesday! I also really appreciated the text confirmations and the accurate quote from the beginning. I think anyone booking any kind of service through the internet is skeptical until proven otherwise. Ashley was great to work with coordinating the appointment, and the tech was on time for an early appointment despite traffic issues. He completed all tasks with care yet also completed in a timely manner. I enjoyed meeting him and definitely recommend this company!
I had a leak with my kitchen sink that I didn't know about until the wood cabinet underneath warped and peeled apart. I was terrified of black mold. I had no idea who to call for this kind of work. I'd love to renovate my entire kitchen but I can't afford that right now. Someone recommended Mr. Handyman. The man who arrived was like a professor of old homes. He taught me that the black stuff I saw was not black mold (you can also smell that) but old adhesive. He also taught me that I had not, in fact, solved for the leak. The O-rings and gaskets of my faucet were failing. So I ran out and bought a new faucet that he installed. Then he fixed the cabinet. I don't know how he knows so much stuff, but I was relieved and delighted to have it all fixed. Would hire them again in a hot second. Before and after shots included.

I spoke to Mike over the phone regarding my project, and he was accommodating. Mike, the technician, came out and completed my project quickly. Both gentlemen were kind and professional. I would use this company again!
If you're a detailed-oriented person, I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of North Lake Washington and Bellevue. I previously hired 4 others to redo my shower caulking and I was about to accept that caulking would always look messy until David. He was able to see and understand all of the issues that others told me they couldn't see and he was actually able to fix them to my standards. I would definitely hire him again!
