This was our first time using Mr Handyman of New Bern and Jacksonville, and we couldn’t have been happier with the entire process. From scheduling the estimate, to the estimate visit, to the crew that came and cleaned our gutters, everything was high-quality and professional. Communication and reminders were great, and it’s so reassign having uniformed service providers arrive in a company vehicle. Jarred and his crew did an excellent job and bagged all of the debris from our gutters. Thank you and we will definitely be calling again!

Dave and his team are knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive. I had a weekend emergency and immediately they were dispatched to my home. They stayed in constant communication with me from booking my appointment to letting me know who and when someone would come. I was very impressed with the biography that was included when confirming Dave as my handyman. The team informed me of who was coming when they were on the way through a text and a phone call. I knew the vehicle they were driving and the shirt they were wearing. I had a problem with my door, they knew exactly what to do, got to work asap and the problem was fixed immediately and was better then new. They are a one stop shop and will be the only place I will work with here on out. 10/10 recommend. Can’t say enough great things about this team. I am very happy I called Mr. Handyman!

The Service I received by Jarred was extremely Professional. Before even beginning the list, Jarred ran the project past me for approval and to sign off. The completion of my projects were all handled with white glove quality. I provided the items required, however he made sure and confirmed that if mine didn't work he had them in his truck. He spoke with me and I hope I didn't drive him crazy. He wore covers on his shoes to protect and keep my floors and carpets clean, thanks. Also put out a rug at the front door to wipe his shoes before entering each time he left for supplies. I couldn't be happier with the outcome from Mr. Handyman. I definitely will hold on to the card and flyer given to me. Thank you for leaving my place cleaner than when you entered. I will definitely be reaching out again in the future as I need my to do lists completed!
