My drop-down attic stairs started to bind and were hard to raise, and I called Mr. Handyman to help me figure out my options. The technician, Henry Uribe, saw that the connection point for one of the support arms had worn and no longer held the arm securely. The stairs are quite old and getting replacement parts is iffy, but with ingenuity he was able secure the bracket without needing new parts. Now the stairs work perfectly. He was polite and worked quickly. A very good experience!
