Kyle did a great job patching and repairing many cracks in our plaster walls. He left the space as clean as he started and was easy to work with.

This was our first experience with Mr Handyman. Our elderly friend needed a storm door fixed as it was hanging off and the handle also broke off. She was unable to get out to her garage due to ice. Kyle MacDonald came to her rescue. He searched 3 places for rock salt and did a great job repairing her door. She was impressed with how kind, respectful and efficient he was. On a scale of 1 to 10 she said she would give him a 12! Thanks for a great job!

Andy was on time, respectful, good listener did a great job on each project and did them in a timely manner. My furry pet Samantha wanted to spend time with him and he was so patient with her. I would definitely recommend him on any projects that you may have and Samantha and I will be looking forward to many more projects in the future 😊

Wonderful experience with Emerson and Andrew. These guys seem to be a jack of all trades. We needed a few odds and ends fixed at our house. Emerson and Andrew got through our list very quickly and efficiently. Quality work. Would hire them again!

Came right away to finish a job that another handyman from a different company started and kept delaying finishing. Completed in two days and did a nice job. Highly recommend!

Amanda and John are FANTASTIC! I just recently moved here from Kansas City and brought only essentials with me. After purchasing new furniture I realized I needed help getting the pieces upstairs and assembled. After explaining my situation, Amanda not only assured me Mr. Handyman can help, she hung with me while I searched for the product specs. After scheduling my appointment, Amanda remained in touch. John arrived on time and prepared. After a brief walkthrough, he unpacked everything, moved the pieces upstairs and completed the assembly. Unbeknownst at the time, taking one of the pieces upstairs was a two person job. By the time I learned this John had already called his supervisor Scott who was on his way to help. A few minutes later I was shaking Scott’s hand as he was heading out my door after helping John. During the final walkthrough John took the time for “show and tell.” He made sure I knew everything he completed and why. Having never used this sort of service before I was not sure what to expect or even how to explain what I needed. Mr. Handyman EXCEEDED and EXCELLED in every way possible. I found a new extended family! Amanda - Thank you for being so patient with me and for taking time to hang with me. John - You are amazing! Thank you for listening and explaining. I'm very impressed with their politeness, professionalism, and most importantly the quality of their work! Owner Scott was a pleasure to deal with, and he, along with his assistants John and Kyle, did a thorough, painstakingly meticulous job installing my new sliding door. It's comforting to know that Mr Handyman of Lowell, Andover, and Haverhill is there when I need something done WELL and reasonably priced! Also, project coordinator Amanda is AMAZING! She answered my questions, was very patient and understanding, and worked with me to resolve any issues. She does her job very competently AND with a great sense of humor!
