I highly recommend this company! I have used them twice. They are quick, on time, and they have a variety of skillsets. Don did a great job removing a satellite dish and replacing very high lightbulbs (vaulted ceiling/flood lights). Last time they reconnected vents in our crawl space. I am already planning to call them back this year for a drywall tape situation.

Don, from Mr. Handyman of Louisville, replaced a defective outdoor faucet. The faucet had been replaced last year by another plumbing company, but it spewed water from the moment it was replaced. When I contacted the previous company about the leak, I was told to just tighten a screw. Didn't work. Don was professional and diagnosed the problem as a defective valve. Once replaced, Don cleaned up the work area and replaced the insulation and pipe wrapping. Don showed up, as scheduled, at 12:30 and got to work immediately. I don't know what average costs for repairs like this are, but the $279 I paid was worth having a faucet I can use this summer without bumping up my water bill.

Mr. Handyman rep was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing our sliding door issue. Though one door was irreparable he did improve its function until we can replace parts. He was able to quickly and efficiently remove corroded screws to allow new rollers on our screen door.
