Our experience with this company has been a good one. Their communication, scheduling, and flexibility has been first rate. Greg, the technician/carpenter assigned to work on our home has transformed it for the better. He is knowledgeable, attentive, patient and skilled. It is a big plus to present a task and be able to have options as opposed to a hard sell. You tell them what you need and from materials to workmanship they make it happen which makes it great for the customer.

When I first called the office they were polite and professional. The set an appointment for next week and call me that day to tell me they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to work done that day. They quoted me an approximate price over the phone after I sent them pictures. The gentleman Pat that they had come to the house was friendly professional gave me options. Before he started the work he let me know the price and what would be done. After the work was done he told me the price was actually less than quoted cuz the job turned out to be easier than he thought. I was very satisfied with the service the honesty. Feel confident calling them.

Best thing about Mr Handyman: they answered their phone, scheduled the job a few days later, showed up and did it well A half dozen other businesses I contacted either never responded or failed to follow up. Greg, my technician, was polite and thorough. I also appreciated the email I received with his photo and bio - very good marketing. Imagine - contractors who actually show up and do what they say - what a concept! Definitely recommend.
