Free Roof Inspection Calls

Q:  I keep receiving unsolicited calls offering a free roof inspection.  I’d like to know if our roof has issues, and how many years of life it may have, so are these offers legit?

A:  I average one call per week from somebody offering me a free roof inspection.  I tell them my roof is new (It’s < 3 yrs.), that I’m not interested, that the number they reached me at is on the Do Not Call list - and they simply ignore anything I say and ask what day would be best for their visit.  Reputable companies do not employ these sales practices and I would never work with such a company.

If you suspect a roof issue, go online and find a highly rated (by their customers) roofing company and you call them.  You select who you want to work with, don’t let them select you!
