At Mr. Handyman we believe the customer experience is just as important as quality work, and we’re looking for seasoned craftsmen that believe in delivering both.
Homeowners often have a tough time getting something done around the home. They make calls, and leave voice mails. Sometimes they get a call back right away, often they don’t. When they agree to move forward, maybe that service provider arrives on time, often they won’t.
We hear of consumers trying to reach their service provider to have an issue corrected, and they can’t get a return call. Or, the service provider claims somebody will stop by ‘The next time we’re in your area’, and that only happens after repeated calls.
Even when the work is eventually done in a quality fashion, these experiences are frustrating. The homeowner will not use that service provider again, and they dread starting over the next time they need help around the home. At Mr. Handyman we believe our customers deserve better.
Mr. Handyman is looking for a seasoned home improvement professional that believes the customer experience is their top priority. That 8:00am appointments mean at 7:55am arrival at the customers home. Every home and every project are unique, and we are looking for depth of experience that only comes with time and repetition. Been there, done that, and left the customer thrilled.
Mr. Handyman is specifically designed for the seasoned professional. In most cases it’s one employee in the customer home, not 2 junior technicians and a lead. While we can certainly assign 2-3 craftsman to a larger project when needed, each of our staff are highly capable in their own right. We hire seasoned home improvement professionals, and then treat them that way.
All Mr. Handyman employees are assigned a company vehicle, get paid vacations and holidays, and can contribute to a 401K.
