My apt was to be in the afternoon. Even though the rep got held up on the previous call, he still came after hours to fix my issue. Very responsible individual that did great work.

I had a faucet that was leaking and a faulty seal on my garage door leaving gaps. I called and they told me to buy the products and they would schedule to come out and install them, or they could buy them but would have to charge extra. I purchased the faucet and a new door sweep and Steven came out and fixed everything up promptly, even explained some other things about my house and gave me a quote for some other updates I was considering. All in all I will be using them for all my home needs going forward!

Mr. Handyman office staff, Chad, and technicians, Stephen, were efficient, polite, professional and most of all highly competent with work performed. Chad and Stephen went the extra mile to make sure all work was completed and worked with us on hours billed after encountering unanticipated events during performance of work. I highly recommend Mr. Handyman and their staff.

Stephen, Mr Handyman’s Technician, was professional and courteous. He understood our objectives and demonstrated the technical ability to correct our problems. Beyond fixing the cosmetic her investigated the symptoms and repaired the root cause. Will definitely use the service again.
