This was a great experience right from the start. First, they answered the phone on my first call. The rep answered all my questions and concerns. She gave me the charges up front and shared areas that would impact the final cost. The crew arrived on time, was courteous and professional, shared the work schedule and got to work promptly. They worked all day and finished up the next day except for caulking that had to be postponed due to rain. After 3 days of rain, they did the caulking. They left no trash or mess. Super group to work with.

The guys were great and did a very good job. The only issue was that I was given a verbal estimate of about $900 and the bill was over $1600. I thought that was a huge difference. Especially since we took out and hauled away 95% od the old ceiling tiles ourselves.

I normally do my own work on my rental but I also know my limitations. I wasn’t comfortable doing this repair so I reached out to Mr. Handyman. They were extremely easy to work with. I’ll refer to them again for my rental when the time comes.

I was VERY impressed with Matt and Devin. I was in a time crunch trying to prepare a space for dry wall. Matt came over on a Sunday to talk with me and both men showed up Monday to complete several jobs such as, bath exhaust fan, fixing holes in my hardwood floor, installing nailers and some framing for dry wall and fixing some electrical. They were timely, professional and communicated throughout and after the jobs. Thanks again!
