I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Handyman! Our tech, Bryan, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our services. He did SO MUCH and stayed late to make sure it was all done. The customer service rep was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to get someone out quickly. Honestly, I don't usually leave reviews, but it was so refreshing to have a pleasant service experience. I will definitely be using them for all of the handyman projects I may need in the future.

At this point, we would welcome back Lukas. Lukas arrived as scheduled. He took the time necessary to fully identify all labour specific tasks necessary to accomplish the two specific objectives we had for installing an outdoor hanging entry light & replacing a bulb in an outdoor garage decorative lamp. The work quote he emailed us for approval before commencing work clearly laid out the tasks that needed completing & the price. His work was thorough, achieved our expectations, and was completed in a reasonable amount of time needed for each task. Lukas was friendly & engaging. He thoroughly cleaned up the work area.
