More impressively, he promptly drove to the nearest Hone Depot and purchased new rollers. And even though these didn't quite fit, he adapted them and fabricated a perfect connection to the base of our sliding door. Could not have been more impressed! Saved us $6000 +/- to install a new doorwall.
