After a delivery driver backed in to mailbox and knocked it completely over, I called Mr Handyman and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. From booking the appointment, to communication the day of the appointment and then the actual work being completed was a 24 hour process. The person that scheduled my appointment was easy to speak to and made scheduling easy, I appreciated the day of communication updating me on a delay from a precious job to when my "handyman" would show up. James arrived when he said he would, he spoke to me about several options but never once seemed pushy and once I decided on what I wanted to do with my mailbox, he immediately got to work and was finished in a timely manner. I will absolutely use Mr. Handyman again when the need arises! Excellent customer service, reasonably priced and quality work!!!

I had a great experience using Mr. Handyman to build an outdoor shelter for our dogs! I showed the technician a photo and he built it perfectly. James came to replace several bad boards on my deck and other things I needed done. He went over and beyond getting this done for me and repaired another board I did not know was bad. I am very pleased with James’ work and would definitely use him again.

Perfect experience from Hoover, AL. The wood risers on my 8 foot porch staircase had rotted to the point the steps were falling in. James did an amazing job replacing them and also getting composite bases under the 4x4 support columns, which he detected were rotting at the bottom. The paint matches perfectly. I don’t know how one man could get so much done in one day. He was very nice and a complete professional. Thank you!
