Arrived promptly, replaced some trim that had blown off our house, cleaned up, did a great job. Pleasant and efficient.

We have used these folks for two separate and widely variable projects, and they've been awesome both times. First, Dennis built us an exceptional mantel with absolutely no direction or assistance from us as we did not really know enough to even know what we wanted. He planted the seeds to give us an idea, and he did a great job of executing it. Second, we had a vent cap blow off the outlet on our roof. We had called a second (dedicated chimney) company out to put this back on, and instead of putting the cap back on the company in questions did not even look at the outlet and instead quoted us an insane amount of money for completely unnecessary work. We once again enlisted Mr. Handyman for help, and had Tristian come out (a day early no less), take a look, share a laugh about our experience with the other company, and fix the vent cap in less than 5 minutes. Really appreciate the work these guys do and they've cemented themselves as our go-to for any work we need done that's outside of our DIY comfort.

Mr Handyman is one of the most service oriented companies that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer communications is the best I have ever seen. We asked them for a quote to rebuild our deck with us supplying the materials. Not only was their quote presented quickly, it was done well and ended up as the lowest bid. They sent an experienced worker to do the two day job. He worked hard and overall did an excellent job. We did have a concern with how one of the railing sections was layed out. My Handyman promptly issued a credit to cover the cost of a new rail kit, and today their technician Trevor installed it for us. Now we are 100 percent satisfied. Highest recommendations for this outstanding company!

James did great work. He made sure everything looked great. There were a few concerns. There was a lack of transparency and communication. A one day job turned into a three day job. Our estimated job cost went up over $400 without any heads-up or communication. I found out when I went to pay at the end. I'm adding an addendum to my review. I really appreciated the work of Derrick in my home yesterday! We ran into a problem with my electric power (I’m in a condo Bldg) that was not his problem but which delayed the work he was trying to do, and he was very good about it (better than me!). He did “disappear” twice without telling me where he was going, but it all worked out. Come back anytime!!!
